Integrated Blocks and Layers (IBL) is an AutoCAD Extension designed to assist in management and integration of the layering and blocking aspects of AutoCAD. IBL provides layer-management utilities that facilitate the grouping of large numbers of layers. Among other things, this app allows you to quickly freeze and thaw layers, both globally and in viewports. The block utility is designed to allow the user to quickly select blocks from a well-designed graphical interface and insert them in an efficient manner.
